Dear Anderson,
If you have installed a newer version of JAWS recently, you will definitely
need to reinstall our software so that the relevant script files for JAWS can
be placed in the proper folders for that version of JAWS. Our scripts work
with JAWS 15 through version 2022.
There is no need to uninstall our software before reinstalling it. And there
should be no need to request additional authorization as your current
authorization should remain in effect.
In earlier releases of our installation program, there was a problem with some
of the shortcuts installed on the Start Menu. Here is a direct link to latest
