I would not recommend moving that Shared Documents folder although it may be 
technically possible.  Rather, try the following:

Find the folder name in the folder that contains your Shared Documents folder.

Press Applications Key or perform a right click.

Find Create Shortcut on the list of tasks that opens and press ENTER.

Move the resulting shortcut to your desktop by highlighting the file name, 
pressing CONTROL+X, moving to your desktop with WINDOWS KEY+M or WINDOWS KEY+D, 
and then pressing CONTROL+V to paste the shortcut to your desktop.
