Firstly I confirmed from other 2 instances that GNUKhata indeed
works on Minth Linux 17.3, alternatively you can use version 18
which is based on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Or you can use Ubuntu itself.
As far as uninstallation is concerned.
sudo docker rmi -f digitalfreedom/gnukhata:v3 should work.
Then you can sudo apt-get purge docker*
