You can export data from organization and can import only chart of accounts
i.e. 1st sheet in workbook in new organization.

Continuing on this - Yes its easy to setup a new organization , but it would
mean having to set up the entire chart of accounts structure all over again .
I have added customers and suppliers (Sundry debtors and creditors) created
many expense categories etc.
I understand a roll over option would work but only at the end of the a
financial year ?
