GNUKhata team will release version 5 on 15th April 2018.
As per the release schedule, we launch a major version around the
beginning of a new Indian financial year.
In view of this policy, our release is slightly behind schedule, 15 days
to be precise.
But it should be noted that this relase has huge enhancements with
reference to GST and also addition of brand new features, such as
rejection note, GST report, revamped sales and purchase registers,
revamped Profit and Loss report and revamped Delivery chalan for GST.
In addition we have re-introduced the sales and purchase order module as
well as added new reports such as the list of unpaid invoices.
Our team has particularly payed attention to the import export module,
making it even more easy to import data from other accounting programs.
So given the magnitude of this release, we believe a little longer
schedule is worth the wait.
Hope you all will love useing GNUKhata version 5 after the release.
As usual our testing demo at testing.gnukhata.in is constantly updated
with all the new things we are adding to version 5.
