i think that we should stop discussing this (i say this with some
reluctance, because i would dearly love to spend days explaining some
stuff to some list members ... :)
we need to continue with the discussion of what GMPI's goals (i.e. our
wants and needs). this will include format negotiation at an
appropriate time. if we've passed that point, we should perhaps
consider returning. i think we finished the last topic. if ron is
still on vacation, can someone introduce the next topic?
