I thought it was in the dll, and that we needed a function to query that metadata. Obviously the metadata itself can't be accesed via CLSIDs (else we would need metadata about the metadata). ..so the metadata must be accessed via a plain integer index. Are you suggesting the metadata should be external to the dll?. If so how do we handle wrappers that contain a dynamic list of wrapped plugins? I'm not quite following your train of thought...
