no-one
knowing abilities of the others, and no-one is knowing goal and expectation
of the others ? a team with no manager, no step schedule, no task sharing,
no deadline ... ?


small software projects like linux, KDE and a lot more are programmed more or less this way.

For someone who hates bla bla, you are writing a lot of totally irrelevant, uninteresting and totally non productive emails,
