Under 4) Audio Packaging, we should add the topic of whether a plug will be
allowed to change the number of audio samples in a block, i.e., for sample
rate conversion, time scale modification, etc., which has come up in
previous discussion. A related topic is whether to support a push or pull
model (or both) in such a case.
