I think it might be helpful to schedule a 1 hour time slot each week for
this. If some weeks there's nothing to discuss, fine. But many weeks
we will, and it might be helpful if everyone know there was a definite
hour each week to chat.
We need to accommodate west coast US, east coast US, and Europe. The
difference between west coast US and europe can be as long as 9 hours,
right? So maybe early AM west coast = end of work day Europe?

Not many people showed up for the IRC experiment the other day (ok, just
Ron and I :) but it reinforced for me the fact that it can be useful to
talk in real time.
I'd like to arrange a time for 1 hour when we can get onto IRC and talk,
and hopefully wrap stuff up on this topic. It's also useful to get to
know each other a bit more, since it is less formal than email.
I'll log the session and post the transcript to the list, for posterity.
I'm on west coast US time (GMT - 8?). I will make myself available ANY
TIME and ANY DATE that best meets the majority.
What do you guys think? Can you reply with dates/timeframes when you
can get together in the next week or so?
