We already are talking about exposing a list of parameters. Assume those
parameters are channel-global. Now expose another list of parameters.
Those are per-voice.

Don't be silly ;) There are parameters that affect each voice
independantly, there are parameters that affect a whole channel and there
are parameters that affect a whoel plugin.
