Good proposal Tim,
But I suspect the MIDIphiles will accept only raw unadulterated MIDI, plus
the ability to Send MIDI too, much like VST.
I mean, sure we could just say, you can have a raw MIDI connection.
My main fear, is that people will use it to bypass the host-based MIDI
conversion, then bitch that the whole system is 'broken', because the two
systems don't integrate smoothly.
I don't know...
