[glitter] Bollywood Player now in launchpad

The initial code for the Bollywood Video Player, a playground application
for the Glitter Widget Toolkit has now been uploaded to launchpad.
Bollywood aims not only to be a great video player but also serve as a
playground and test-bed for Glitter.
