Hi
in Master there is a very basic sketch of the Programmer's guide in
Docs/Latex folder.
The documentation is structured into several files which are then included
in the main document. That way you can already start on your part, if you
feel like it.
The current version is quite raw so far, thus there will be document-wide
changes in the future, but it shouldnt affect your part in any way
(hopefully:)
