The Department of Defense (DoD) offers scholarships to undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students who have demonstrated ability and special aptitude for training and education in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) fields. - Starting salary/stipend ranging from $22,500 for undergraduates to $38,000 for doctoral students.
