Thank you for this position which is a "waiting" and "opening" one. I hope Leo
can understand your neutral and peaceful position, effectively, we are waiting
for another attitude from GHA president, from each one who is proclaiming
values of peace.
Your spirit is very high, and your attitude full of wisdom.
You are right. I think also that the third war has begun… See how President
Obama who obtained Peace Nobel Prize feels obliged ?? to do war and go for
fighting against islamic terrorism ( it's not a way of islam but a way of
barbarism, like genocides and nazism period were the worst expression of
barbarism… )
The actual situation between the best and the worst is extremely fragile. and
all people seem to be fragilized too, by financial, economical and social
problems, the essential values for life being lost. The ancient world is
falling down but this will not be without terrible violence, I deplore it.
Global Conscience of humanity isn't enough high, or basic, simplified, it
hasn't enough wisdom.
I don't want to speak about responsibilities. They are into all the minds. What
is sure, when one prepares bombs and armaments using sciences, people and
governments are projecting and accepting war. It'll be done one day or another!
Unfortunately!
I looked at the internet page of GHA site. There are positions which aren't
neutral, images of books against USA empire. This isn't correct for a group of
reflexion supposed to create new paradigms for peace on earth. There is a
manipulation for directing the thought against USA empire. No empire is good,
the empires want to express their superiority for creating a leadership. We'd
our empire with Napoleon. URSS 'd its one with Staline, with Poutine ????
All political systems use the power of dominations : a leader winner and many
subjects who lost.
I hope Leo can understand and create other visions for peace as GHA President.
If not I couldn't support GHA as muse of harmony.

Bonjour,
Quelle tristesse est la mienne de constater ce qu’il en devient de GHA, de la
conception de la paix et de l’harmonie
Ce ne sont plus des références scientifiques et philosophiques et une
conception libre, plurielle comme chercheurs de paix et de libertés qui animent
nos débats, mais l’affirmation chez certains de conceptions idéologiques dont
certaine semblent un retour aux conceptions les plus rétrogrades et dangereuses
de ce qui a été appelé la guerre froide, et la période qui a précédé la seconde
guerre mondiale et qui a conduit à ce que l’on a connu. Shoah, utilisation de
l’arme atomique, politique des blocs, opposition Nord /Sud……………….
Alors, que l’union européenne connaît une montée des mouvements populistes,
xénophobes et antisémite , que le terrorisme islamiste menace nos
civilisations, certes, je ne suis pas un promoteur et un défenseur du
capitalisme international dominé par les Etats-Unis et à ses responsabilités :
/Irak, Afghanistan, Syrie……………
Cependant, la situation de l’Etat du monde, ne passe pas par des exclusions et
suppressions, mais : par des coopérations et recherches pour un nouveau mode
de développement économique, social et politique qui s’appuie sur une
conception philosophique qui intègre et dépasse matérialisme et idéalisme.
Pour ma part, je ne participerai à aucun livre ou recherche qui ne respecte pas
mes conceptions libres du travail théorique et d’une éthique de la
responsabilité. Ma vie publique étant maintenant limitée dans sa durée, je dois
sélectionner mon investissement, choisir mes cibles prioritaires….
A cette fin à mon retour après 15 jours d’absence, je m’attellerai à la
question du califat ( Khalifa en arabe), remis sur le devant de des opinions
publiques par ’Etat islamique du levant et en Irak, ceci, pour en livrer les
conditions historiques, mais aussi ses troubles, problèmes, compte tenu de
l’histoire de l’Islam . Cependant , bien de nos contemporains ont maintenant
cette vision que Islam = excès et violences, voire fanatisme et barbarie.
Les Djihadistes de l'organisation de l’État islamique sont de plus en plus
désignés par le terme "Daesh" qui est l'acronyme en arabe de l’État Islamique
en Irak et au Levant. Ce sont certains médias arabes qui ont décidé de les
désigner ainsi pour ne pas jouer le jeu de la propagande. Le but étant
d'effacer toute notion "d’État" et "d'islam".
Déchiffrer, ce qu’il en est pour des pratiques instruites, fera partie de mon
investissement intellectuel pour le temps qu’il me reste

However, the situation of the State of the world, does not pass by exclusions
