we the three Greeks Dr Apostolos Paschos, Athanassios Koumouris and me Takis
Ioannides,
never refused to donate even the 1 dollar for this new book.
Dr Apostolos Paschos offered the publication with his own money and donation of
all books to GHA.
The agreement was not achieved.
By the way, in order to lnow what;s happening in Greece now, about the non
goverment organizations,
1400 NGO exist in Greece, many of them were used for many uears for
corraptions, wasting the public money for nothting.
A great judge prohject has been started, and poeple started getting in gale.
We the three of us donate the 1 dollar for the new book.
As I am the sender of the other three persons messages, Dr Apostolos Paschos
has no PC, and Athanassios Koumouris is blind, I am fuly respensible for the
answer. You know that I am candidate for the Town Hall of our city in Athens on
May, so my time has been eliminated too much this period.

Dear GHA members, friends,
I am happy to announce that the GHA 50th project "World Honorary Titles of
Global Peace for Donations" was approved by the GHA after three weeks of
discussions. We did not get a single vote against it. I heartily congratulate
and thank everyone for it support. The updated project was published below and
on the website: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=590.
The project banner: "Gandhis, Nobels and Maecenases for Global Peace of the
21st century" was posted on the main page
(www.peacefromharmony.org). We thank Bruce Cook for his editing of the English
text. This project will be published in the GPS book special chapter. Let me
generalize its logic, which has several sides.
1. Social logic. Trillions of dollars are spent every year in industrial
militaristic civilization for war and its preparation and the budget of global
peace is almost zero. Therefore, in this civilization is no one book or project
devoted to global peace. As a result, the GHA nine-year experience empirically
proved that in the militaristic situation we can publish our books and
projects, dedicated to global peace from harmony, only through donations. In
this way, the GHA has published 7 books and 50 projects of global peace for 9
years. From this logic, it follows that one who does not want to donate at
least one dollar to global peace, one does not want peace and does not want the
publication of books devoted to it. Therefore, he cannot participate in their
creation. In social aspect, no harmony can be with disharmony of greed, with
its injustice and militarism. To reeducate it takes decades and centuries.
2.Moral logic. Mainly, moral merit of this project is its support by the
donations of 29 coauthors of Global Peace Science (GPS) of 50 ones. (Naturally,
number of the GPS coauthors - donors will grow.) This means that the principle
of donation to global peace as its moral support is approved by a majority of
co-authors as a criterion of moral dignity to participate in the GPS creation.
This ethical requirement is absolute and unprecedented for GPS and its
coauthors as unprecedented is global peace of the 21st century. This
requirement is just and necessary, as global peace can do only good and clean
hands. Greedy and dirty hands it did not.
All GPS coauthors were invited to make any donation (it maybe in 1, or 10, or
100, or 1000 USD and so on) as a symbol of MORAL contribution and support of
global peace. The 29 coauthor have made the most different donations by
publicly announcing them. These GHA members, with more than modest incomes of
the poorest countries, have proved by their donations them true dedication to
global peace and ethical dignity to serve it. A donation for global peace is
question of moral honor for coauthors of its science! A donation of at least
one dollar for global peace expresses it in the first place, compassion and
moral support. Ethics of GPS is the moral law of support a global peace: a
person is not able to donate to it at least one dollar deprives himself the
moral right to participate in the GPS creation. This law was approved by a
majority of votes: 29 of 50.
3. Organizational logic. We see as our friends from the poorest countries:
Nepal, Argentina, Rwanda, India and others are finding the opportunity to
donate to global peace; and people from the richest country, such as Glen
Martin and many his compatriots ignored this moral support. (It was my main
reason to leave him as the second editor). This is an open contempt to 29
coauthors in "a very polite manner" as Laj said. Ignoring the moral support is
identical to glaring disharmony, injustice and inequality that are unacceptable
for global peace, because it is impossible without harmony, equality and
justice. These people have been unable to overcome the typical American
morality of greed, which is condemned worldwide. We, more than 29 authors
reported our donations will not be able to work ethically with such people in
the GPS book. Some colleagues from the poorest countries rightly ask: why the
articles of rich coauthors, receiving monthly more than 5 thousand dollars but
did not finding even one dollar for global peace, must be printed on the
donations of the poor authors receiving 100-300 dollars a month in countries
such as Nepal, Argentina, Ghana, India, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, Rwanda, etc.???
The United States became the world's axis of greed, extreme individualism and
militarism that has made them the main obstacle and threat to global peace
(http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2013/12/31-6). In creating GPS we cannot
cooperate with people who share the American mainstream morality. We cannot
allow that in the GPS project the rich lived at the expense of the poor.
However, these people have the possibility of moral change, worthy to global
peace. But if it does not, then let we stay in half of the coauthors but we
will protect the GHA and GPS from public shame of greed of the rich, for which
one dollar is more value than global peace!
4. Individual logic. I, as the GHA founding president during 9 years as an
editor and manager of its seven books and 50 projects within this time, I
cannot expect anything like this from the GHA peacemakers even in the worst
nightmare! Moral paralysis of greed ? it is the discovery of my life for 72
years! Our vote and discussion, as a sociological study, initiated by me, found
this unexpected moral perversion among the GHA peacemakers. So, naturally, I
cannot work with such people and edit their articles in a book devoted to
global peace, for which they regretted even one symbolic dollar. I would be
ashamed to work with them and my conscience will not allow me it. How it would
not been bitter and difficult us in this moral conflict but it has a positive
value in the moral catharsis and spiritual cleansing the GHA team, first
working in the GPS creation, without which global peace is impossible. We will
free GPS from the shame of greed and will preserve moral honor of the pioneers
of global peace and its science. As they say, a blessing in disguise!

1. Motivation
Global Peace from Harmony in the 21st century is an unprecedented
phenomenon and unprecedented task of humanity in world history. Therefore, it
requires the equally unprecedented social, spiritual, cultural and moral ideas,
initiatives and efforts as well as unprecedented people and their leaders. They
are prepared for the first time to consciously and systematically develop the
Global Harmony Association (GHA) during 9 years since February 2005:
www.peacefromharmony.org (which has about 5 million visits). This website
published thousands of pages of peacemaking diversity, including the GHA?s
seven books and 49 projects of global peace from harmony. The GHA created, by
using and uniting this diversity, the foundations of unprecedented Global Peace
Science from Social Harmony in the ABC of Harmony for World Peace (2012:
www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=478) and is now preparing the text of
this science for a special book (www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=585).
Without this science Global Peace of the 21st century is impossible. These
spiritual achievements of the GHA made it an unprecedented scientific and
holistic center for Global Peace in the 21st century.
Mankind stands on the brink of military self-destruction by
militaristic civilization, where almost every adult is constantly forced to pay
taxes to the military budgets of $ 2 trillion dollars annually and global peace
is devoid of any system of funding remaining at zero. War, violence and
terrorism have millions of sponsors in this civilization and global peace only
one sponsor - the Nobel Peace Prize offering just over a million dollars a
year. Such a weak level of sponsorship was powerless to ensure global peace in
the 20th century which was filled with world, interethnic and terrorist wars.
The social pathologies of this civilization - greed, consumerism,
extreme individualism and other confront to global peace - these pathologies
have been criticized by the Supreme Pontiff Francis. GHA develops this
criticism in the current project and others. Global peace of the 21st century
will never come without a common scientific understanding of the sources,
guarantees and actors of global peace and without systemic institutional
funding in trillions of dollars beginning with donations of the most
conscientious citizens-peacemakers.
Unprecedented Global Peace Science is created in the GHA, which
consolidates it with the best historical examples of peacemaking and
self-sacrifice: Numa Pompilius (Rome, 8-7 century BC), Gaius Maecenas (Rome,
1st century BC), Francis Assisi (Italy, 1182 - 1226), Alfred Nobel (Sweden,
1833 - 1896) and Mahatma Gandhi, India (1869 - 1948). GHA crystallizes and
integrates the most effective human resources of world history to achieve
global peace in the 21st century. This allows GHA to establish an unprecedented

fortune for the goal of global peace and general disarmament from harmony.
3. Global Peace Nobel - for a donation for global peace $ 20,000 or more.
4. Global Peace Maecenas - for a donation for global peace $ 5,000 or more.
5. Global Peace Numa (Pompilius) - political or civic leaders of any level from
municipal to global for practical efforts towards global peace with a donation
$ 2,000 or more.
6. Global Peace Donator - for a donation of any citizen for global peace up to
$ 2,000.
7. World Harmony Creator - for the development and active promotion of global
harmony in science, art, religion, politics, economy and civil society as a
holistic source of global peace. (This GHA Honorary Title operates since 2007
and nine outstanding people are its Laureates:

Each one of them is a Global Peace Sponsor or Donor. These are supremely worthy
persons who possess the beauty character, intellectual courage, civic
responsibility and moral will to reach the first common good of humanity -
Global Peace.
Any sponsor?s donation is estimated as a Honorary and Spiritual contribution to
Global Peace of the 21st century, as an example of compassion and help for
mankind to get rid of wars.
3. Donation Purposes
Global Peace Sponsors are united by one common purpose - to reach Global Peace
in the 21st century based on Global Peace Science from harmony through a
voluntary accumulation of funds (donations) to fulfill the following
peacemaking tasks:
1. Political resistance and organization of mass civil nonviolence disobedience
to war (only) taxes with a positive alternative of general and complete
disarmament (GACD) for 50 years (until 2065) through the reduction of military
budgets of all countries by 2% annually. (This objective, in the first
approximation is formulated in the GHA appropriate petition to the UN here:

2. Development and promotion of Global Peace Science as a consolidated
scientific peacemaking consciousness based on the social genome (SOCIONOME) of

3. Funding for the Institute of Global Peace in UNESCO, Academy of Peace and
Harmony, Monitoring Centers of Peace and War

4. Establishment of institutions of global harmonious education (schools,
colleges, universities and academies) in Global Peace Science (the 10 projects
of such institutions are listed in the GHA projects:

5. Stimulation of the global peace art and interfaith harmony as its special
sources.
These purposes can be expanded along with the increase of donations.
4. Approval Order
1. All Honorary Titles of individual persons are approved by GHA members by a
majority of votes of the voting participants.
2. The first and the seventh Honorary Titles are initiated by members of the
Board and President of GHA and after their approval they are offered to
approval by the GHA members.
3. Other Honorary Titles are approved by the GHA members on the basis of
appropriate donations, for which each sponsor shall inform the President of GHA
or any of the GHA leaders using e-mail addresses which have been published in
"Contact Us" here: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=574.
4. Depending on the size of donations, special conditions, time and how they
transfer, the GHA Board and the President determines all the parameters for
transferring donations acceptable to the sponsor.
5. Sponsor?s Organs and Functions within the GHA
1. The GHA approved sponsors of Global Peace create an independent Supervisory
Board of Sponsors (SBS) to control the use of donations for Global Peace and
determine the details of its regulatory relationship with GHA.
2. SBS elects the necessary bodies of governance and creates its own Charter,
which is offered for discussion and approval by the GHA members.
3. Within this Charter the SBS creates other necessary bodies of governance and
monitoring at its discretion.
4. The SBS with the GHA Board creates on the GHA website "Global Peace Sponsors
Gallery" together with their portraits and brief biographies and for Global
Peace Donators - Honorary List in this Gallery.
6. Honorary List of Donators and Maecenases for Global Peace.
On February 20, 2014. Donations are in U.S. dollars.
These donations constitute the unprecedented in human history conscious BUDGET
of Global Peace to create Global Peace Science as its first necessary spiritual
condition.
