work, when you for 5 days and nights have translated with English on Spanish
our Magna Carta of Harmony text in 20 pages!!! It really heroic and sacred work
with one’s heart and full self-feedback to ideals of peace, love and harmony,
to which devotes our Magna Carta. I kneel before your noble, sacred and devoted
service to these ideals!!! You create the highest sample of total dedication to
universal values of our global community "peacefromharmony" by your personal
example!!! Your creative and selfless work is the great contribution in a
culture of harmonious peace and you are the CREATOR OF WORLD HARMONIOUS PEACE
CULTURE on the full right. You sacrifice to peace the most expensive: your

In connection with this turning point in the history of GHA, I first of all,
sincerely thank the GHA members for their support of the candidates. I am also
happy to congratulate Dr. Subhash Chandra with high honor of approval as the
new GHA President, which, at the same time, inseparable from the high social
and moral responsibility before the GHA members and the entire international
community for the persistent and consistent progress of GHA Mission: Pave the
way to global peace from harmony through Global Peace Science.
GHA, after 11 years of mainly theoretical work, moved to a new stage of its
evolution: it begins system work on the practical implementation of
peacescience it created. This is no less, if not more difficult stage of our
peacemaking activity. As it is well known, "there is nothing more practical
than a good theory" (Boltzmann). Global Peace Science is good theory (nothing
better it is created), but it requires a long and arduous preparation for its
implementation. The first step here is the creation of the Laboratory of
Technologies for Global Peace at 6 months in any country that will find for it
the most modest funding ($150-300 thousand) in order to gain the fourth
industrial revolution unique social technologies that will provide
peacefulness, economic growth and global security.
We hope that the GHA new official leaders: Dr. Subhash Chandra and Mr. Ramesh
Kumar, GHA Executive Director, will be able to solve this key problem of the
GHA nearest period.
