Dear peacemakers, friends,  

I am glad to offer you the new, 65th GHA project "Manifest of Global 
Peacebuilding for the 21st Century" (3 + 3 pages in attachment) as a civil 
draft for the US-Russia Summit, which will be held on July 16 in Helsinki. The 
Manifest is published here: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=778, and ;
its banner (above) - on our website Home  page: http://peacefromharmony.org 

This Summit is a key event in modern history, from which the world community 
expects a long-term peace-building program, a variant of which is presented in 
our Manifest. It integrates the most important peacemaking ideas and 
achievements of the 20th and 21st centuries and is created based on the GHA 
previous projects and books by hundreds of their coauthors from dozens of 
countries. This is the quintessence of our more than 13 years of scientific and 
peacemaking experience. We have no moral right to remain silent and ignore this 
important Summit without our constructive proposal.

We propose to discuss and approve this project, which will be sent in the 
administration of the United States and Russia Presidents,by your YES or NO, 
with any of your amendments and additions within 6 days until July 7 
inclusively. All responses are published.
