VERRA –T-ON UN JOUR PAS TROP ELOIGNE LA PAIX AU PROCHE ORIENT ?
L'État hébreu, a décidé, jeudi, de suspendre les négociations de paix avec
les Palestiniens, à la suite de la réconciliation entre l'Organisation de
libération de la Palestine (OLP) du président Mahmoud Abbas et le mouvement
armé Hamas.
La réaction ne s'est pas fait attendre. Israël a annoncé, jeudi 24 avril,
qu'elle suspendait les négociations de paix avec les Palestiniens, à la
suite de la réconciliation entre le Fatah et le Hamas, a indiqué le bureau
du Premier ministre Benjamin Netanyahu.
"Le cabinet a décidé à l'unanimité que le gouvernement israélien ne
négociera pas avec un gouvernement palestinien s'appuyant sur le Hamas, une
organisation terroriste qui appelle à la destruction d'Israël", a précisé le
communiqué.
Le Hamas islamiste a signé, mercredi, un accord de réconciliation avec
l'Organisation de libération de la Palestine (OLP) du président Mahmoud
Abbas. Les deux partis entretenaient des rapports tendus depuis la prise de
contrôle en juin 2007 de Gaza par le Hamas, vainqueur en 2006 des élections
législatives.
Sans surprise, cet accord a provoqué l’ire du Premier ministre israélien,
Benjamin Netanyahou, qui avait aussitôt accusé le président palestinien de
saborder le processus de paix. "Au lieu de choisir la paix avec Israël, Abou
Mazen [le surnom de Mahmoud Abbas, NDLR] opte pour la paix avec le Hamas", a
déploré le chef du gouvernement israélien. "Veut-il la paix avec le Hamas ou
avec Israël ? On peut avoir l'une, mais pas l'autre […]", a-t-il prévenu.
Pour rappel, le Hamas ne reconnaît pas Israël et refuse de renoncer à la
violence contre l'État hébreu.
Ajout de Guy CREQUIE : Alors que le 29 juillet 2013 pour 9 mois ( et
l’échéance était ce mardi) malgré une dizaine de voyages au Proche Orient
les négociations de paix entreprises par John KERRY se révèlent être un
nouvel échec. L’autorité palestinienne demandait la libération de
prisonniers et le gel de la colonisation. De leur côté, les chefs des
missions diplomatiques de l’Union Européenne à Jérusalem ( Consuls et
Consuls généraux), ont transmis le 18 mars à Bruxelles un rapport de 16
pages, lequel, fustige la politique menée par Israël dans la ville notamment
à Jérusalem Est.
Cependant, cet accord entre le Fatah et le Hamas = donne au gouvernement
dirigé par Monsieur NETANYAHOU des raisons de cesser le dialogue. Avec un
chômage atteignant 40% à Gaza et 24% en Cisjordanie et une croissance qui
stagne à 1%,le Président Mahmoud ABBAS s’apprêterait à demander au comité
central de l’OLP son avis sur une dissolution éventuelle de l’Autorité et
sur l’élection d’un nouveau parlement et Président = cependant, dans ce
contexte ??
En France, majoritairement l’opinion publique a plutôt tendance à soutenir
les palestiniens :c’est un peu l’idée : de soutenir le plus faible = le pot
de terre contre le pot de fer. Cependant, les raccourcis d’humeur basés sur
la seule émotion sont souvent réducteurs face à la réalité.
Numériquement : Israël est un petit pays entouré de pays arabes dont
certains à forte population et dont l’instabilité est en permanence une
menace pour Israël = je dis ceci, même si comme me l’avait indiqué il y a
quelque temps mon amie Ada AHARONI : la politique de Monsieur NETANYAHOU,
n’est sans doute pas celle la plus favorable et propice pour favoriser la
paix.
Le Président OBAMA sur la base de 2 discours à Prague et au Caire a reçu le
Prix Nobel de la paix = prix amplement immérité par rapport aux efforts
permanents de certains diplomates et d’anonymes, et présentement, il semble
surtout intéressé par ce qui se passe en Asie.
La situation en Ukraine malgré la timidité actuelle des réactions
occidentales, et celle dans des pays Africains avec AQMI, semble préoccuper
davantage les grandes puissances que la situation au Proche Orient ou celle
au Venezuela.
Cependant partout : les peuples ont besoin de la paix.
De nos jours, il ne faut plus compter aveuglément que sur les seuls
dirigeants politiques pour donner le sens, la direction.
Cependant, si les peuples veulent manifester leurs exigences :ils doivent
disposer de l’éducation, de la culture, d’expériences dans leur vécu pour
les exprimer.
Pour en revenir au Proche Orient :Les Israéliens comme les palestiniens ont
le droit d’espérer vivre en paix et en sécurité. Ceci est valable pour tout
peuple ! Les réseaux sociaux sont un moyen inouï pour communiquer
instantanément partout sur la planète. Cependant cela reste un moyen ! Un
moyen ne remplace pas l’intelligence de la nécessité. Pour que ce moyen
n’engendre pas :frustrations, désillusions, rancœurs, erreurs de
trajectoire, voire tromperies,…. La pensée autonome doit précéder le moyen
d’agir !

WILL HE SEE ONE DAY NOT TOO DISTANT PEACE AT THE MIDDLE EAST ?
The Hebrew State, decided, Thursday, to suspend the peace negotiations with
the Palestinians, following the reconciliation between Palestine Liberation
Organization (PLO) of the president Mahmoud Abbas and the movement armed
Hamas.
The reaction was not made wait. Israel announced, Thursday, April 24, that
it suspended the peace negotiations with the Palestinians, following the
reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas, indicated the office of the Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“The cabinet decided unanimously that the Israeli government will not
negotiate with a Palestinian government resting on Hamas, a terrorist
organization who calls with the destruction of Israel”, the official
statement specified.
Islamist Hamas signed, Wednesday, an agreement of reconciliation with
Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) of president Mahmoud Abbas. The two
parties maintained the reports tended since the takeover in June 2007 of
Gaza by Hamas, winner in 2006 of the legislative elections.
Without surprise, this agreement caused the anger of Israeli the Prime
Minister, Benjamin Netanyahou, who had shown the Palestinian president at
once to scuttle the peace process. “Instead of choosing peace with Israel,
Abou Mazen [the nickname of Mahmoud Abbas, note] chooses peace with Hamas”,
the chief of the Israeli government regretted. “Does he Want peace with
Hamas or Israel? One can have one, but not the other […]”, he prevented.
For recall, Hamas does not recognize Israel and refuses to give up violence
against the Hebrew State.
Addition of Guy CREQUIE: Whereas on July 29th, 2013 for 9 months (and the
expiry was this Tuesday) in spite of about ten voyages to the Middle East
the peace negotiations undertaken by John Kerry prove to be a new failure.
The Palestinian authority required the release of prisoners and the freezing
of colonization. On their side, the chiefs of the diplomatic missions of the
European Union in Jerusalem (Consuls and General consuls), transmitted on
March 18th to Brussels a ratio of 16 pages, which, fustigates the policy
carried out by Israel in the city in particular in Jerusalem East.
However, this agreement between Fatah and Hamas = give to the government
directed by Mr NETANYAHOU of the reasons to cease the dialog. With would an
unemployment reaching 40% to Gaza and 24% in the West Bank and a growth
which stagnates to 1%, President Mahmoud ABBAS be on the point of requiring
of the central committee of the PLO its opinion on a possible dissolution of
the Authority and the election of a new Parliament and President = however,
in this context??
In France, mainly the public opinion rather tends to support Palestinian:it
is a little the idea: to support weakest = the ground pot against the iron
pot. However, the short cuts of mood based on the only emotion are often
reducing vis-a-vis reality.
Numerically: Israel is a small country surrounded by Arab countries of which
some with strong population and of which instability is permanently a threat
for Israel = I say this, even if as there had indicated to me is some time
my friend Ada AHARONI: the policy of Mr NETANYAHOU, is not undoubtedly that
most favorable and favourable to support peace.
President OBAMA on the basis of 2 speech in Prague and Cairo received the
Nobel Prize of peace = amply unmerited price compared to the permanent
efforts of certain diplomats and anonymities, and at present, it seems
especially interested by what occurs to Asia.
The situation in Ukraine in spite of the current timidity of the Western
reactions, and that in African countries with AQMI, seems to worry the great
powers more that the situation with the Middle East or that in Venezuela.
However everywhere: the people need peace.
Nowadays, one should not any more count blindly but on only the leader
policies to give the direction, the direction.
However, if the people want to express their requirements:they must have of
education, the culture, experiments in their lived to express them.
To be allocated from there to the Middle East:The Israelis as Palestinian
have the right to hope to live in peace and safety. This is valid for any
people! The social networks are an amazing means to communicate
instantaneously everywhere on planet. However that remains a means! A means
does not replace the intelligence of the need. So that this means does not
generate:frustrations, disillusions, rancours, errors of trajectory, even
frauds,…. The autonomous thought must precede the means of acting!
