IRAK,SYRIE, LIBAN,…… GUERRE RELIGIEUSE ? = Evitons la banalisation de la
violence par notre silence conduisant à l’impuissance !
Y at-il une inquiétude dans les opinions publiques mondiales à la hauteur
de ce qui se joue actuellement au Moyen- Orient ?
Le travail sur les modèles alternatifs, les réseaux de paix et d’harmonie,
ont-ils pris la mesure de ce qui se passe et se joue présentement au Moyen-
Orient ?
Nul doute, qu’il faudra aux ONG issus de la société civile beaucoup
d’engagement et de détermination pour peser sur les stratégies à court
terme des instances gouvernementales.
Plus de 130.00 morts en Syrie depuis le début du conflit, le poids des Etats
qui s’effondrent du Mali au Soudan, de la Syrie au Yémen, à la Libye.
Cette dégradation du pouvoir et du rôle de l’Etat crée des conditions
sociales épouvantables et facilite les implantations du terrorisme.
A cela, s’ajoute une fragmentation des mouvances : les nationalistes et les
islamistes restent préoccupés par le contrôle de l’Etat ; les Salafistes eux
: sont inspirés par la vie du Prophète et la relation avec la société.
Le conflit entre Sunnites et Chiites reste marqué par cette opposition des
Sunnites plus nombreux voulant œuvrer à l’aboutissement du monothéisme avec
les chiites qui attendent toujours la venue du Messie :le Mahadi !
Par groupes interposés, il est un affrontement entre l’Iran pays puissant du
Chiisme conforté par l’accord sur le nucléaire et la reprise prudente du
dialogue avec l’Amérique, et l’Arabie Saoudite qui se veut le Vatican du
Sunnisme.
Al Qaida d’inspiration sunnite reste l’organisation terroriste centrale avec
actuellement la stratégie de réintégrer la Djihad en terre d’Islam et ce
n’est pas un hasard si deux pays importants des califats des dynasties
Omeyyades( qui survécurent toutefois en Occident à Cordoue,) et des
Abbassides (750-1258) je veux désigner la Syrie et l’Irak= son au centre des
affrontements.
Pour les Sunnites = non seulement les chiites ne devraient pas se dire
Musulman, mais de surcroit ils sont appréhendés comme des traîtres.
Le Liban qui a vu la FINUL empêcher l’affrontement dans le sud Liban devrait
disposer des moyens de l’ONU afin d’éviter une accélération des attentats
entre les parties.
L’inquiétude, est cette réalité qu’Al Qaida bénéficiant des rentrées
financières de la contrebande pétrolière en Irak, et son marché noir assure
des financements.
En Syrie, la venue de Djihadistes provenant de France et estimés à plus de
200, ainsi que ceux d’autres pays européens qui, selon des spécialistes de
la sécurité intérieure, porterait à plus de 1000, le nombre de combattants
issus de l’Europe.
Cependant, il est d’autres combattants venus d’Amérique, de pays africains,
etc. Cette réalité me fait poser la question : Pour ceux qui survivront aux
combats, et qui reviendront au pays, qu’adviendra-t-il alors de la sécurité
en France et ailleurs ?
L’Iran a proposé son aide au gouvernement irakien dirigé par la minorité
chiite, et au sein du Sunnisme un clivage s’instaure entre radicaux inspirés
par le salafisme et les Frères Musulmans.
En Syrie, l’accord passé avec Bachar El –Assad par POUTINE interposé a
permis de contrôler les gaz de combat, cependant dans le même temps, Bachar,
a les mains libres pour massacrer son peuple.
Dans cette confusion, et ces émiettements idéologiques, bien des jeunes
impliqués dans les révolutions dites arabes indiquent ne plus se retrouver
dans les Etats nation ; Ainsi, Al Qaida promettant un projet DE CALIFAT
futur en refusant le modèle occidental, celui des élites peut capter
l’attention et capter certains jeunes désabusés en quête de certitudes et
d’espoirs.
L’inquiétude au Liban est : qu’entre le croissant chiite et les Sunnites il
n’y a pas actuellement de moyens de solution de sortie du conflit :les
sunnites modérés ont été marginalisés au profit des extrémistes.
Je pense qu’il faudrait une session spéciale urgente des Nations Unies
consacrée à la situation du Proche et du Moyen- Orient, également une
réunion préparatoire du G8, suivie d’un G20 et d’un G32, ceci afin
d’examiner la situation sociale et économique de ces pays et les
dispositions possibles, enfin, il faudrait une conférence internationale
relative au Proche et Moyen- Orient, avec la participation du maximum
d’acteurs concernés par cette situation ;
Je ne suis absolument pas un spécialiste du Proche et du Moyen-Orient,
cependant, je constate que si l’écrivain à finalité philosophique n’aborde
pas avec ses modestes moyens certain sujets = peu de personnes le font !
Si des vies sont présentement à sauver au Proche et Moyen –Orient,
d’autres, le seront sur d’autres lieux de la planète : enlèvements,
attentats, implantation du terrorisme, ceci, si les Institutions
internationales et les gouvernements poussés par les peuples ne s’emparent
pas avec ferveur du sujet.
