Bruce, (I do not want to name you even "dear" for the reasons below)
1. Glen and you - are not the members of the GHA, you are excluded from the
GHA, you are the aliens for GHA because you aim to destroy GPS, GHA and me
personally, neglecting my bad health with all your American tales of
"compassion." You both are the enemies of GHA.
2. Glen is the undercover CIA agent, and you, Bruce - his little puppet,
marionette and stooge. Both of you are doing the job of the CIA to destroy GPS,
GHA and me personally. You are not peacekeepers but warlords and terrorists.
You serve the main militarist and the gendarme of the world - the United States
empire.
3. You, Bruce, personally showed himself as Judas-traitor to all members of the
GHA three times, you are constantly lying, so you long lost our trust. We do
not want to have anything to do with you. Please exclude our emails from your
email list.
4. All email addresses of GHA, as itself name GHA (gha) are the property of GHA
that exists 10 years. You do not have any ownership rights to them. Close all
these addresses! They do not belong to you, they belong to GHA. If you use
them, you'll be a thief. If you want to create a new organization and a new
email address - it is your right. BUT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE NAME GHA IN ANY
FORM AND IN ANY PART.
5. Ivan Ivanov is the GHA technical director, co-founder and Vice President of
the GHA for 10 years. He is not my brother - this is your next false fiction.
6. If you have retained the remnants of decency and morality, please, release
us from your presence in the GHA, eliminate our emails from your mail and do
not interfere us with our peace work to create our GPS.
7. Dear GHA members,
I call all of you to ignore all messages from Bruce and Glen as the GHA enemies
and as CIA agents. GHA is working for peace and not for the CIA as a warlord
and the first enemy of peace!
Contrary to all the enemies of peace, we continue our work with GPS as the main
weapon against war!

Incidentally, I am still eager to help Leo by editing his book, but (as
indicated earlier), this offer is conditional on his resignation as leader of
gha.
I truly regret this. I had hoped that Leo would have been willing to address
the important questions he is avoiding. I still like and respect Leo the way I
remember him before his change in disposition a few months ago.

You have once again demonstrated that your words and promises we cannot trust,
so you are not able to be a leader. You promised to all members of the GHA edit
texts of GPS two days ago, and now you have found a reason to abandon it. You
have shown yourself as puppet of Glen, CIA agent, who wants to destroy GPS, GHA
and me.
Regarding your “solution” - I do not trust it, it's a lie. My first goal is to
publish in January 2015 the GPS book. Until that time, I will not do anything
else. The question of a change of leadership in the GHA I will put in February
2015, I will resign from the GHA President what I said a long time. This
question will be considered, I repeat, only in February.
About you. If you do not edit texts of GPS, you will be excluded from it. I can
communicate with you only at this condition.
I repeat once again for all: I will only talk on the subject of GPS, the third
chapter of which I will send to the GHA discussion in the coming weeks. Other
questions I will not answer now.

When I agreed to edit the book (and your critique of Glen you wanted to add), I
had hoped that you would freely respond to the real issues that have been
raised in regard to gha in recent days. Especially, I had hoped you would
address the question of whether you would continue your personal attacks on
members (e.g., Nina, Norm Kurland, Bob Crane, myself, Lida, etc.) and the
questions of ethics and academic rigor (upon which the credibility of gha now
rests).
Instead, I see that you are ignoring these important questions and trying to
limit discussion to whether I will edit your attack on Glen and when, etc.
along with a "probational" restoration of my leadership of the USA group you
basically severed ties with during your fundraising campaign. Further I
understand that you want me am to delete the gha list I created for you (for
which I freely sent the address to your brother Ivan, which he quickly copied
to his new gha-peace@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) and I guess I'm supposed to be naive enough
to think that after I delete the gha list Ivan won't delete my name fromm his
new list.
I think, in oppressive governments, those actions come under the heading of
information management and censorship. And, truly, oppressive governments
seldom support harmony and peace.
I propose this solution:
You and I, both, conditionally upon the other, renounce our leadership
positions in gha. As I recall, when I first joined the group, you told me you
would like to transfer your position to another person after a year. Here's our
chance. Let's pull out and invite nominations of a woman to lead the group,
subject to affirmative vote by individual members. Then, after the change is
made, the new leader can decide on the need for other positions in leadership,
again using affirmative vote by individual members. That will free you and I
from the administrative dilemma that now confronts gha and we can focus our
efforts on developing the book as you have suggested. I would look forward to
that.
Please let us know whether you are willing to step aside as the groups's
leader. In any case, you will always be respected as the founder , much as
Prof. Galtung is remembered for founding PRIO in Oslo. If indeed, you truly
care for the group rather than personal power, etc., your resignation as
President will fully demonstrate your love for gha, and peace and harmony.
If you are unable to accomplish that level of humility and trust, please at
least address the important questions of personal attacks, ethics, and academic
rigor so we can move on. I believe it is now futile for any of us to continue
ignoring those questions.

Second I humbly apologize for any personal criticism of Leo as a person, for I
still regard him as a friend and colleague in peace. He is our founder and

I appeal to Leo and everyone to speak up and take this issue seriously in an
attempt to make gha successful and well respected in academic circles. My
purpose in this dialogue had always been to improve gha, which I love.
