Greetings.
Dr Subhash, thank you for your so clear message. I am ready to go ahead with
the project of GHA, within the stiuplated time period. I have already made this
clear on many occasions previously.
I also endorse Dr Leo's views on conferring the Peace title to Hon'ble Prime
Minister Mr Narendra Modi.
I propose that the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi be
conferred on the title of "Peace Torch Bearer" from India. Write now, while
writing this email, I listen to a great interview wherein the Hon'ble PM of
India talks about peace, development and other initiatives. He is indeed a
great Leader. When we had an opportunity to meet him in July 2016, we learnt a
lot. If approved, we can expand on this issue for conferring the title to him.
We may try after June 2018 for an appointment with him through his Secretariat
after a public discourse, democratically between all of us. This is only a
draft, and views from all over this are invited, kindly.
