[geocentrism] spiral PLUS vary distance?

Could climate change be caused, not by "greenhouse gases", but
  instead by the sun varying it's distance also, as
  it spirals around the earth? I'm guessing 60 years for a complete cycle.
  At 100,00 miles per year, it would move away 3 million additional miles
  in 30 years, then move back over the next 30 years to repeat the cycle.
  Could God do something like that?
