Paul,

Can you elaborate on your comment about, "loose soil gradients which cannot occur in Australia due to the significantly higher gravity," please?

Neville.

Where did you see those coloured pictures? I wonder if they are the 3D pictures which require the two coloured spectacles to see properly? (If they are, they look pretty funny without the spectacles). With the spectacles, you may be able to see loose soil gradients which cannot occur in Australia due to the significantly higher gravity.

PS If you have access to a six inch Newtonian reflector telescope, you will be able to see those dust storms with your own eyes!

For some reason NASA needs to shut the Rover Program down, before
they accidentally give out some information that reveals the hoax,
that the vehicles are in Australia, not on Mars.
So they show a picture of a deep, steep rocky cliff that the Rovers were going to explore.
Then they could use the excuse that the machines just toppled over.
That was a few weeks ago, but now they've switched to a dust storm.
One way or another these dogs ( Rovers ) will die, they've served their purpose
of elevating people's belief about life on other planets.
My favorite picture was the one with lots of blue and green colored
into it, that made the geography look like a field of green grass
and a large blue lake ( water ). Of course, they don't write
anything about it, they know the public will
look at the photo and say, "My God, can't NASA see it, there's grass
and water there.

DUST STORM UPDATE:  A severe dust storm on Mars, which has been darkening skies and causing a solar energy crisis for NASA's Mars rovers, refuses to die down. Clouds of dust are now visible in backyard telescopes and Mars is beginning to resemble a orange billiard ball as all of its underlying surface markings are hidden from view. The storm is already a month old and no one knows when it will subside. Visit spaceweather.com for photos and status reports.

Interesting..  Its our carbon emmissions no doubt..  causing climate change in the solar system ..  Maybe the Martians are making too much gas.
