Absolutely NOT Allen.. Even you should be able to see that the earth has only one rotation  and it is daily..  On its yearly orbit around the sun it maintains its angle of inclination to the same point in the sky at all times.. 

The north and south poles do, but anywhere else does not. For every other location on the World, the location only looks at exactly the same portion of the sky at sidereal day time increments.
 
This may be called one revolution around the sun, but it is not a rotation of the earth itself.

At time increments of 24 (mean solar) hours, I'm afraid it is.

Wiki talks of this confusion between rotation, of objects, and revolutions as for orbits..
