"This could be very interesting" said God, "Show me how you do it".
The scientist, having once been a Bible scholar, picked up a handful of dust,
at which point God said, "No-no, you must play fair, you will have to make
your own dust first!"

Not scientific Jack. You have no imagination .. From ashes to ashes and from
dust to dust...Is a biblical statement of evolution. The first dust is the
final dust that is just a part of a continuous cyclic loop in time.. A quite
rational philosophy and it does not actually exclude God.. But it is not
necessary to include Him either.

From a purely physical scientific point of view it is far more sensible that to
dream up a fantasy of an uncreated being. And without revelation, that is
what the idea of a God is equivalent to.. A fairytale fantasy.

Philip.

  Dear Philip,
There is a very simple answer to that. Let them try it using raw chemicals
instead of the ready made God designed parts. Isn't it strange that man and all
his technology cannot do what blind, random chances did!

There was a scientist who said to God, "We don't need you anymore",
  "Is that so?" replied God.
"Yep, we now have the technology to do anything we like."
"Can you make a man?" asked God.
  "Easy-peasey" said the scientist.
" Could you make a man the way I did?" asked God.
  "yep."
"This could be very interesting" said God, "Show me how you do it".

Yes its a bit like abiogenesis, without it there is nothing to kick-start
evolution and therefore without it the model crumbles.

I was sure that when they clone a dead embyro which was artificially
constructed from living tissue to be sure, the life was kick started by a spark
of electricity.. Shades of the frankenstein monster kicked into life with a
bolt of lightening..

That is still a freaky possibility Jack.. A lot of "christians" are
convinced..
