The weather expert had re-applied to the SLAGA newslist. due to changes i
made on the last go around with him, no one can get subbed without me
manually "pushing of the button" so to speak.

So, do i approve him for the list *again* or just let his request get lost
in the bit bucket? I will give y'all a time to answer. I will do what the
majority wants to do.
