That is the rest area where I used to have my 44th Rest. They did not
really complain about it. No one ever contacted me about it, but some
cleaning person I think said something to someone. I had one in an IL
reststop under a foot bridge and they were afraid of terrorism so they took
it. I did not have time to deal with it, so I let it slide.

Tim,
Looking at an aerial view, it's about 100-150 meters West of the westbound
rest area entrance back onto the highway. But, it's opposite the beginning
of the parking area on the eastbound side. I guess the area between the 2
rest areas is still part of the right-away, but I know they complained about
Myotis's cache there.
