I'm not sure if Sarah had a chance to talk to you or not yet. I am
interested in helping with coins. I personally think that a state coin
needs to have either no groups or all of the MO groups on it. I'm also
interested in helping with a SLAGA coin. I know a good artist who will help
us put our ideas in the right format and help us tweak it till we get
what we want (he designed the 2006 USA geocoins and many other well known
coins) and I have a great relationship with a well known coin manufacturer.
I'm willing to help with distribution but don't have the means to handle the
taking orders and payments.
I'd like to hear the thoughts of others on this. If we follow thorugh with
a state coin I think we should work with the folks in the other MO groups
since the coin is meant to be for the whole state.
The Illinois side should be kept in mind for a SLAGA coin.
