[GeoStL] help with puzzle cache

We are starting to plan a visit to my Mom's homeland. She was from Panama in
Central America. The trip will likely take place next June. I was looking at
caches and saw one that I would like to do. There is a puzzle with it and I
need some help. If you are able please look at GC6648 and see what you think.
It has been 8 years since I was last there, and I am just so excited!
