- Don't take this the wrong way, but this is my perspective and I ultimately want what is best for the entire SLAGA group. I've been with the group in various capacities for almost 6 years, so I've seen the group change. I'm just trying to make sure we don't get off track again. Last year a lot of SLAGA members were helping out at MOGA 2006 and we still were able to organize two CITOs in April. Don't forget there are hundreds of SLAGA members who weren't invovled in MOGA or don't care about MOGA. It only took a little effort to ask for volunteers and giving some encouragement to get others to help out with the 2006 CITOs. Just because all the SLAGA officers were on the staff of a non-SLAGA event (MOGA is its own non-profit organization and doesn't use any of the money is SLAGA's bank account), shouldn't mean the rest of SLAGA couldn't come up with their own efforts regarding a CITO. However, if they don't know SLAGA isn't going to organize one or that now is the time that SLAGA would be looking for volunteers to help organize, the chances are slim its going to happen on its own. > CITO events can be held at any time and we felt that we > could provide a better effort later in the year when our > attention was not devoted toward MOGA. **************************************** For List Info or To make _ANY_ changes, including unsubscribing from this list, click -----> //www.freelists.org/list/geocaching Missouri Caches Scheduled to be Archived http://tinyurl.com/87cqw
