Nothing in the by-laws denies the Board of Directors or
"Officers" the ability to vote like any other member. In
the case of a tie, the "Board of Directories" gets to break
the tie. That's the way I interpret it any.
If we want to debate the merits and technicalities of the
By-Laws, then I can put it on the 'agenda' for the fall
meeting. It may be my last official act as President (if
I'm not re-elected) since the transition of power happens at
the Fall Meeting.
