Section 5. Elections
Board of Directors members are elected by members at the annual SLAGA Fall
Picnic. In the event of a tie, the Board of Directors will serve as
tiebreaker.

August 31st?? Did the Bylaws change? I thought it was to be done at the Fall
Picnic with absentee/electronic voting done prior. What happens if someone
wants to vote at the picnic?
