The issue is not if "anyone" can do it. It is about authority. I am just
a member. I do not make policy or make motions. As a matter fact I am
just a non-paying member of SLAGA. That's why we elected officers, to
make these crucial decisions. Making a separate freelist is definitely
something the executive committee should discuss in their business
meeting.
I feel if you guys are really interested in creating a separate group
caching freelist, just do it and I will sign up.
Just to sweeten the deal, I will even request to take me out of
geocaching@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and I will just register myself on a dedicated
group caching freelist.
That's the xitaqua promise.
