[GeoStL] first day back on the bike and caching

I went on a long bike ride and didn't crash. I did cache though. I got
tenderfoot cache, Cedar creek and Zip code to the grotto. Beware of the hornet
nest on the back side of the south east wall near tenderfoot cache's final. I
got stung once and ran fast to avoid more.
but all in all... I'M BACK!
