- Sounds about right. I developed a kidney infection after surgery, which the doctors thought that something had gone wrong with the surgery. But thanks to the CT scan, everything was fine, except for my kidneys. Which took about 5 days for the antibiotics to kick in. So I was down for 2 weeks. Wasn't fun at all! -----Original Message----- From: geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Timothy Hunt Sent: Monday, August 27, 2007 1:45 PM To: geocaching@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [GeoStL] Re: favour - i had the surgery done laparoscopically (key hole, minimally invasive). My surgeon told me that that's the way they do it these days, unless there's some kind of problem, which is about 1 in 20. My gallbladder was fairly well inflamed, so it took longer than expected, and I'm not allowed to work for 5 days, and have a limited lifting schedule after that. Timothy On 8/27/07, Bridget E.
