Your request has for SLAGA been received. On 2/3/03 you were asked to wait at least 4-6 weeks. It is now 2/23/03. That is something short of the 4-6 week time frame originally set forth. As always, I will forward this to the rest of the group for comment. Since your dad is subscribed to the list you will be able to get a feel for the comments posted.

Now, you life in geocaching should not be hinged on the fact you get email from a newslist or have your name listed on a website. There are many cachers here that have neither and i wish that i were half the cacher/hiker they are. One example is Butch. He has found & placed some of the best caches in the state, all without the help of anyone from SLAGA. So, while you are waiting for time to pass, take your dad out geocaching and find everything there is to find in St. Charles & St. Peters. There are a lot of caches to find out there!

Dear Glenn, (Mr. Nash?)

I understand that you're pretty upset with me, but I want to talk to you. I know it hasn't been 4-6 weeks yet, but I've reassessed my actions and I've learned that the only way for my life to go on in geocaching is if my apologies are accepted. All I want to do is offer my suggestions for the better if the group. Through e-mail, words, actions, and emotions can be misinterpreted and twisted. Unfortunately, I think my suggestions were interpreted as slightly off-track. If this is the cause, it really isn't anyone's fault. Glenn, I ask for your permission to rejoin SLAGA and try again with a fresh start. After I send this e-mail, I plan on filling out the joining form again. Thanks for your time.
