Dave,
All the way down 21 is probably the shortest/scenic route. (scenic meaning
curvy)
Another way is down 55/67 to Parkhills (Flat River) and take 32 (I think)
thru Bismarck to 21. It comes out near Elephant rocks. I think it's longer
but better roads.
