That is just how it is pronounced, not how it is spelled.
I think it was Bill Cosby that said something in one of his routines
about spelling names. He said that its your name and you can pronounce
it any way you want. Snrkmcnipgntsunh. And how do you pronounce that:
SMITH. All the other letters are silent.
