I don’t know how in the area you want.. but the Cahokia Mound Cache's are
fabulous.. I believe there is 1 earth cache, and 18 physical caches. There
is a letterbox hybrid but it was disabled last time I checked.

I've always loved Cruisin'  GCCD87.

It takes you to a really cool place that hardly anybody would know 
about if it weren't for the cache and then .........it makes you crazy 
until you find it.
