As far as using google earth in a car, I think you have to be
connected to internet so I think it is only good for at home viewing
(or at hotel viewing) (I might be wrong on that). I have not upgraded
and have not studied what the differences are for the different
versions. One thing you will notice is that almost all of Missouri is
high resolution, most of IL is not, mostly only around cities.
