[GeoStL] Updated Mark Twain Lake maps

Allen Mehrer sent me some aerial photos with trails/firebreaks that they
maintain by mowing. The quality is not good. But I was able to (I think)
spot some of them on aerial photos in Expert GPS and I guessed where the
others were. So I have added them to my trail map. Not sure how accurate
they are, but you can now download it at:

There were some duplicates in the MO POI file and I corrected that. So
there is a new version of that file on the site too.
To use the new files, simply download the file called binary img - XXX and
replace the file on your computer. Then resend the maps to the GPS.
