I think probably RGS. He has talked with the parks folks a number of
times about about the project and they would really like us (and
everyone) to submit really cool, off the beaten path things that are
in the parks.
Since latching onto the gps stuff thru geocaching, they think it
would be a cool way to get people to see these areas. The database
is is updated as more things become aware to them.

The coordinates are in a PDF file. I doubt recommending they make a downloadable .LOC file would make any difference.
