First I just turned off my spamguard option, but I wasn't totally
comfortable with that.
So I added the freelist address to my contacts list (on yahoo) and
turned the spamguard back on. Well, so far this SEEMS to be working,
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Mind you, I had been receiving the freelist mail on this particular
email address for about two years before this problem popped up out of
the blue.
