What I was implying was the SLAGA members need some consistency. The member (cache owner) can use whatever he wants for stashnote, member or not. SLAGA would be a middleman for an agency to contact someone concerning a cache placement without having to go through the different levels of Geocaching.com. I wouldn't expect "non members" to use anything related to SLAGA. I can only remember 3 or 4 instances in the past 8 months where the owner was contacted for removal of a cache. These types request could be forwarded to the respectful owner. Cachers would still contact the cache owners directly thru Geocaching.com as they do now. Are these caches being placed under the stewardship of SLAGA? Who will they be contacting at www.geostl.com? (you need an email address instead of a URL). Won't they want to contact the cache owner, direct, or is SLAGA being set up as the middleman? Not all cache owners are a member of SLAGA and I don't think we want to be responsible for all caches that happen to mention us in a stashnote. Unless we discuss this more, I'm afraid the webmaster is going to start getting emails about cache issues that he had no right or desire to deal with! Enclosed is what I'm including in a cache for tomorrow (hopefully). I added the box at the top and changed the last paragraph for SLAGA to be contacted if any problems with the cache. Rich
