Well, you don't know where that airplane came from, nor the cargo / baggage
it was carrying, so there is no real limit on what kind of spider it might
have been. It could have even been transferred in the baggage system.

twice when you said that you got bitten on an airplane. It seemed rather an
odd place to get a spider bite. I, too, am curious what kind of spider it
wasthat got you...my grandmother was bitten years ago by a brown recluse and
it wasn't pretty at all...sad thing was, she didn't know about it for a
whileuntil it looked awful. I hope things get better for you...all the best

kind of spider? The only one in North America that would put you in the ER
would be a Black Widow or a Recluse. A Wolf Spider would be sore as heck but
no poison unless you had an allergic reaction. A recluse would rot the skin
but you shouldn't notice it until after 24 - 48 hours. It might be painful
and swell but most people ignore it until the skin breaks. The only other
spider that would cause this is the hobo spider but they are found in the
Northwest. Hope you have a speedy recovery. I would definitly talk to a
lawyer. You shouldn't have gotten bitten on a plane! New Movie.. "Spiders on
a Plane!" Mike Tired of Spam?? Here's your solution.. See:

March 17, 2007 10:11 AM Subject: [GeoStL] Spider bite! - Hi all. I am
writingthis request from my cell phone, so I am keeping this short. I was
bitby a spider on my flight from St. Louis to Albuquerque. My first week
herehas included a twelve hour ER hell and four days of bed rest. I am
hopefully going to be well enough by tonight for my birthday festivities.
Would someone please log my issue on Groundhog Does Irish Jig Birthday Race
and also state that I will post the winners as soon as I am able. Thank you,
Stephen aka Faery_G
