If it is during the day, we most likely will not make it. If it was in
the late afternoon or a dinner, we would be there.

Yes, I am hoping it will be published.  I need to decide on time and
place right away so I can submit the event cache page.

 

I was definitely planning to go caching afterwards.  We will come up
with a list of caches later.

 

If this event is noonish or 1:00, since it is on a Sunday, that would be
during Sunday brunch at some restaurants.  That could be a good thing
(buffet!), or a bad thing (crowds, not able to get our own room).  I
will call a few restaurants to see if we could get our own room during a
Sunday brunch buffet.  I know of a relatively new place in Concord Plaza
(S Lindbergh & Baptist Church Road) that might fit the bill.

Thank you Laura for spearheading this event. Do you think it will be a
published event on GC.com? 

I don't know the southwest area that well, so any of the places you
mentioned is fine with me. I think a lunchtime meet/greet (noonish,
1:00) would be good, and maybe get some group caching in afterwards. I
think I will be able to make it to the event. I'll put it on my
calendar.

I and yawetag (Andrew) are looking at doing the next Meet/Great/Eat in
North County at the beginning of November (maybe the 3rd).

used to before the fire, I will check and see if they still do), and
Culpepper's in Kirkwood (theirs is downstairs).  Please let me know if
you have a preference, or if you know of another place in southwest St
Louis County that has a separate room we could use.
