I tried with the same results. Also tried Germany and several other
countries with the same results. Looks like GC.COM has a bug in the search
routine.
I did a keyword search on Spain and it returned 4 caches, two of which were
in Spain. I opened that cache page and the did a "all nearby caches" and
came up with 7. Try
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?lat=38.634&lon=0.0755
Hard to believe there are only 7 caches in Spain.
