[GeoStL] Saint charles county issues

ok this only includes county parks not city parks.glenn designated me as being
the talk and command with parks.they contacted me last week and needed to meet
with me about said caches in their parks.these were the guidelines they came up
with.yes some are unreasonable but they rule the parks not us.we have to use
their rulings not our own.at first they wanted us to put name address and phone
number on all caches and i talked them down from that.look they could have
banned them completely and if you want all i have to do is renig the meeting
today and have them banned perm. yes i have caches in the parks and i have to
follow the rules just like you.if you dont agree with these rulings then voice
it with your cache placement but the rules are not much different from
conservation placements.just clear containers,the reason being is they have
located drugs in the ammo boxes in the parks already and they want to avoid
them.they are also talking about a numbering system for the caches
insead.this is all new to them and they are acting how they think they
should.if you dont agree then dont place them or contact ortwerth and tell him
about it.i am just the guniea pig passing the buck and just got ran over by all
of you so let me know if i should let parks ban all our caches and ruin the fun
we still have.happy kraut caches are city parks and i am not going to deal with
him or st. city park dept someone else can do that work.so look at it like this
i saved our caches in county parks they just need to be archived till they are
legal or picked up as trash for litter.tell the ones who placed the rules not
the sayer.pntball
